The legal company “Arthur Reznik and Partners” acted as an advisor of one of the world leading commercial pumps manufacturer on the issues of chief manager change in Ukrainian office. As quickly as possible the lawyers prepared a documentation package to arrange general meeting, at which it was decided to dismiss an acting director, and to hand over responsibilities to the new chief manager.
